A MESSAGE FROM F.O.P. LODGE #1 PRESIDENT, DEXTER CUNNINGHAM

When I started my career with Birmingham I was a pessimist who did not see the value or need to be in the F.O.P. In my mind I would not do anything to get in trouble because I always obeyed the rules. To my rude awakening others do not obey or play by the rules. The Lodge has been a forum where members could fellowship and voice there displeasure with unfair treatment. This lodge has been instrumental in ensuring that its members have good working conditions and are treated fairly. To me it is an honor to serve in an organization that looks out for the common officer, regardless of gender or race. It is my desire to always encourage our members to join and be involved. Your voice will always count and be heard. If you are not a member you need. Come aboard and let’s work together.
